At Diversiology.IO we embrace the theme of “Inspire Inclusion” for International Women’s Day 2024 2024. Inclusion is more than a concept; it’s a practice. A practice that needs leaders to bring to life. We had the privilege of learning from 10 women during our Inclusion by Design conference this year who personified the theme of inspiring inclusion.
Their dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goes beyond their work; it’s a testament to their character, their unwavering belief in equality, and their commitment to making the world a more inclusive place for all.
Today, we want to share a bit about these remarkable women and the impact they’ve had on me and countless others. Their dedication is not just about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) but doing so through the lens of inclusive engagement.
