Celebrating Vesak (Buddha Day): Honoring Enlightenment and Compassion 🌿

Vesak, or Buddha Day, observed on May 12th in 2025, is the most sacred day in Buddhism. It commemorates the birth, enlightenment, and passing of Siddhartha Gautama—the Buddha. Recognized by the United Nations, Vesak offers a moment to reflect on universal values like peace, mindfulness, and compassion.

In an inclusive workplace, recognizing Vesak allows us to celebrate the spiritual and cultural practices of Buddhist colleagues while promoting shared values that transcend faith—such as kindness, ethical living, and community service. 🌼
